Cancellation of Order, Eligibility, Timeframe:

We strongly believe in collective grow together approach. We as a team marching ahead with complete empathy with customer.

We have implemented some restriction to avoid unnecessary expenses which ultimately increases operation cost which final comprise to product total price. So, value check system before dispatch is implemented. Customer can solve all puzzles before placing the order. We understand mindset and expectation of the customer, at the same time we expect customers to understand operational value system and costs associated with same.

  1. Order can be cancelled within 6 hours of order placement.
  2. After this timeframe, will have to contact customer support via phone call or email before product gets dispatched, and describe the situation. Our support team will definitely workout solution. If not solved, order can be cancelled.
  3. Once product dispatched, same cannot be cancelled in any circumstances unless and until covered by other terms and conditions of this policy document.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Buylappy.com. If delivered product is not received as per specifications mentioned in product description, you may be eligible for a return within 7 days of the delivery date. You are requested to go through details before making your purchase.

Some refurbished products we sell, may have prior marks of usage. We ensure such marks or condition are remain within accepted levels at the time of delivery.

To give a great satisfaction, Customer can contact us for actual images of the product before making payment/ purchase. We will deliver that particular product to the customer if happy with the condition as per actual images.

  1. Return Process:

Upon eligibility to return, to initiate, please contact our customer support team by phone or support@buylappy.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be included with your return package.

  1. Return Conditions:

a. The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

b. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.

c. Software, gift cards, and downloadable products are non-returnable.

d. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to restocking fees or denied.

  1. Refund Process:

Upon receiving your return and verifying its eligibility, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  1. Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees.

 

Return Policy for Digitally Deliverable Products:

  1. Return Eligibility: Due to the nature of digitally deliverable products, we generally do not accept returns. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, system requirements, and compatibility before making a purchase.

 

  1. Refund Exceptions: Refunds for digitally deliverable products may be considered only under the following circumstances:

   - If the product is found to be defective or doesn't function as described, please contact our customer support within 7 days of purchase.

   - If you have not downloaded or activated the product and can provide proof of non-activation, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.

  1. Refund Process: To request a refund for digitally deliverable products under the aforementioned conditions, please contact our customer support team at support@buylappy.com . We will evaluate your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
  2. Refund Timeframe: Refunds for digitally deliverable products will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  3. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Purchases: In the event of unauthorized or fraudulent purchases, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
